Cleaning Fee
The cleaning fee will be billed at the rate we previously agreed upon. Any additional services requested outside the original scope will be invoiced separately.
Standard Cancellation
If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This notice gives us time to schedule another job in that time slot.
Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $45 fee, as the short notice prevents us from scheduling replacement work and results in lost labor hours.
Coverage Note
For post-construction cleaning, our service area extends from Salt Lake to Spanish Fork. Please note: In Spanish Fork, we only offer post-construction cleaning (not regular residential cleanings).
